21st Century Leadership for Psychological Professions

Our tust partner, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, is now offering offering an impressive 21st Century Leadership Programme nationally to NHS Trusts for the first time. A programme designed by psychologists, for psychologists.

Drawing on the best evidence, the programme combines psychological theory with leadership science. It covers topical issues such as values led leading; psychological safety; relational skills; systems thinking; creative design; compassionate authority and self-awareness. It will support leadership thought and skills development that ensures you and the NHS become an organisation of choice for staff and an organisation of excellence for the people we serve by weaving Restorative Justice and equality, diversity and inclusion throughout. The sessions will be made up of a mixture of face-to-face and online workshops. There will also be a project to complete and action learning sets.

There are up to 25 spaces available for a ten day programme with CNWL. Psychological professions working in the NHS across the UK are welcome to sign up to it. Please do share this with your service leads within NHS services or individual professionals you think would be interested in this training. It has been delivered successfully within CNWL with 89% of participants sharing that they found the programme either useful or extremely useful.
