This year, the national Stoptober campaign is challenging five million people in England to commit to quit smoking for one month. The campaign is driven by evidence that if smokers make it to 28 days smoke free, they are five times more likely to quit for good.

This year's Mental Health Awareness Week (15 to 21 May) theme is Anxiety.

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems people can face. In a recent mental health survey by MentalHealth.org carried out around stress and anxiety, a quarter of adults said they felt so anxious that it stopped them from doing the things they want to do some or all of the time.

Eating disorder patient explains coming to terms with his diagnosis

We recently marked Eating Disorder Awareness Week, where the theme this year was 'men get eating disorders too'.

Following this, a male eating disorder patient has shared his story in a hope to help other men come forward and seek help.

Dillon Chuhan, aged 25, developed bulimia after the first lockdown and remembers seeking help from his GP after he experienced stomach pains and saw blood in his vomit.
